This fantastic beachside holiday villa is located in the urbanisation Carib Playa just 2 minutes walk from the white sandy beach and it has the preserved nature area of "Las Dunas de Artola" adjecent to the huge backyard, so you walk from the backyard to the beach, no need to cross roads, it is a very good location, specially for those who look for a great holiday location with kids.

The villa has a big private garden with a swimming pool, that is an ideal place for children to play.

Inside on the ground level you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large dining room with access to the terrace, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room behind.

On the 1st floor you have the 4th bedroom which has good size, a bathroom, a open dressing and sitting area and a smaller terrace.

There is a small supermarket and a few beachside reataurants in walking distance.
From the airport of Malaga it is a distance of 40km.

In just 10 minutes driving you are in the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the streched boulevard where you can have a nice walk and the numerous excellent restaurants and bars.

Also the famous and vibrant harbour of Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes away.

For your shopping there are many supermarkets within 10 minutes driving and there is a German bakery in El Rosario where you get lovely fresh bread and more even open on Sundays.

For the big shopping there is a huge shopping mall called "La Canada" at the exit of Ojen before Marbella.
There you have a big AlCampo hypermarket with lots of fresh food and everything you need in general.
Furthermore there are numerous fashion boutiques, a large Apple Store, restaurants, a cinema and a bowling area.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your arrival.

Villa Riva is a new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached holiday villa located on the golf courses of the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort.

Villa Riva has a fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms with lots of light.

From the moment you enter Villa Riva you will be embraced by the luxurious quality. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all (bed)rooms have air conditioning system. The living room and kitchen are an open living space with large windows and sliding doors that allow maximum light to enter.

The kitchen is equipped with all desirable modern appliances & is equipped with drinkable tap water. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden. Here is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra guest toilet.

On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms all with large balcony and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. From every room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea. 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom plus the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

The living room and the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with international TV channels and WIFI. Villa Riva has approx. 100 m2 of outdoor terrace space and a barbecue with plenty of cozy seating. You can dine with 12 people on the outdoor terrace.

You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with a saltwater swimming pool (8×4 mtr), which can be heated in the colder months. There is also a table tennis table available. Parking options on private driveway for several cars.

Just minutes away from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, making it the ideal holiday residence for golfers. The detached house is located right next to the 15th hole of the Santa Clara golf course and only a 4 minutes drive from the beach!

You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby.

The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive where the famous beachlubs such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach club are located. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & gym).

The urbanisation (24 detached houses) is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security. The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanisation.
