Villa Lucia is an amazing 6 bedroom (sleeps 12 adults & 2 children, sofa bed) 7 bathroom villa located in Calahonda, Mijas Costa within only a 15 minute drive to Marbella or Fuengirola.
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in a peaceful residential area. Adjacent to the house is an a passage with a shortcut to the beach which is just a 5-10 minute walk. Within a short drive you have an array of amenities, including restaurants, schools and supermarkets.
The villa has a huge, well established and beautifully maintained garden area with a uniquely designed pool and bar area with lots of space. You have many sunny and shady areas around the property and you have lots of privacy.
The main part of the property is set on one level with a completely separate self contained 2 bedroom apartment underneath. This has its own separate entrance, kitchen, lounge and terrace. Ideal for those travelling with teenagers or in-laws!
The main house has a large open plan living area and dining space that opens up onto the terrace and BBQ area and down to the garden and pool.
Off the main living space you can find a small bathroom and the kitchen with separate utility room and a small terrace. From here you can also find the lift with direct access to the Gym and games room.
The hallway from the living area take you to another sitting area with a sofa bed and bathroom. From here you can find 2 guest bedrooms with en-suites and another guest bedroom with a separate bathroom and a laundry room.
At the end of the hall you have the fabulous master bedroom with private lounge and en suite with gorgeous raised bathtub. This bedroom also has its own private terrace and lift access to the downstairs spa and gym area.

For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria (only 5 minutes in the car).
