Just minutes away from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, making it the ideal holiday residence for golfers. The detached house is located right next the Santa Clara golf course and only a 4 minutes drive from the beach!
This Villa has a fantastic views golf and sea views from the garden and terraces. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms with lots of light.
The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all (bed)rooms have air conditioning system. The living room and kitchen are an open living space with large windows and sliding doors that allow maximum light to enter.
The kitchen is equipped with all desirable modern appliances & is equipped with drinkable tap water. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden. Here is also a bedroom with a separate bathroom and guest toilet.
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms all with large balcony and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. From every room you have a beautiful sea and golf views. On this floor there are also 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The living room and the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with international TV channels and WIFI.
From the kitchen you can walk to the outdoor terrace space and a barbecue with plenty of cozy seating. You can dine with 8 people on the outdoor terrace.
You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with a saltwater swimming pool.
Parking options on private driveway for one car and enough street parking if you have more than one vehicle.
You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby.
The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive where the famous beachlubs such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach club are located. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & gym).
The urbanisation (24 detached houses) is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security. The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanisation.
